Background

Bayes Executive Education draws together the top-flight faculty, research centres and facilities of Bayes Business School to provide highly distinctive custom and open executive education programmes for organisations across a wide range of industries and sectors of society. We have worked in close collaboration with hundreds of companies to help thousands of individuals. We understand that making the difference requires energy, tenacity, and sensitivity. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of relationships with new and existing clients. They will need significant knowledge and experience of managing relationships with senior executives, Directors of HR, Learning & Development Directors and CEOs, both nationally and internationally. The role requires the successful candidate to identify and secure new revenue streams as well as nurturing and enhancing existing client programmes so strong networking and influencing skills are key. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in helping the school reach its revenue targets and in enhancing and maintaining both the School and Bayes Executive Education reputation.

Person Specification

Educated to Degree level, a post-graduate degree: MBA or MSc in a managerial discipline is preferred.

The appointed candidate will have a proven track record of sales, negotiations, and contract management, as well as demonstrable experience of working in a client-focused business selling sophisticated professional services to senior corporate decision-makers.

Interviews are scheduled to take place throughout November 2023.

The selection process will involve an interview. Candidates who pass the interview will be invited back for a role play exercise and presentation. Further details will be confirmed at the interview stage.
