About the Role
The Change Manager will work within the Strategy Delivery Office, supporting Project Managers to manage engagement and change.

The role will facilitate change within wider initiatives, to embed changes that impact stakeholders and users across the institution, and will be responsible for facilitating changes to ensure smooth transitions and minimise disruption. The role involves planning, implementing, and managing changes in processes, systems, or organisational structure.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Ensure effective feedback mechanisms are in place by championing a consultative and partnership approach to the development of plans and implementation of change, and making this approach visible to stakeholders.
  • Create communication plans, developing, initiating and maintaining a constant and differentiated dialogue with stakeholders using a variety of media to build engagement.
  • Identify interdependencies between projects and other change initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are consulted and fully engaged and wider impact of projects and change initiatives are planned for, yielding robust delivery timelines.
  • Identify, assess and monitor risks and impacts associated with change projects, to provide timely interventions and mitigations where needed.

About You
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager who is educated to degree level or equivalent experience, with a Change Management certification. The person should have experience of managing successful organisational change in large and/or complex programmes.
