The Role
The post will manage, monitor and maintain student immigration records and relevant documentation in Ravensbourne student record system (SITS) ensuring it is up to date, accuracy, readily accessible and students are progressing as expected.
Regularly audit student immigration records for accuracy and completeness.
Support any internal or external student immigration audit conducted at Ravensbourne or partners institutions and produce and supply relevant student information as required.
Be able to work collaboratively and at different levels across the university in achieving student immigration strategic objectives.
This is an exciting time to join the Registry team at Ravensbourne as the University is at the beginning of a journey of significant and positive change.
The role will primarily be campus based with minimal time working from home.
The Candidate
The ideal person will be educated to degree or equivalent, preferably have HE experience, have an excellent track record in working in a Registry/Assessment environment, experience and involvement in student records system (preferable SITS) be able to analyse and problems solve, be proactive and motivated to achieve high standards and be a team player.
The post holder will have excellent interpersonal and team working skills and be able to engage at all levels in an organisation.
