About the role
The role will specialise in administering all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of the designated programme(s), ensuring effective procedures are documented and adopted for dealing with enquiries, ap plications, induction, module selections, student queries, marketing, assessments, progression, student support, committees and events. The post will lead in achieving a high quality and timely service to current and prospective students and staff relating to the designated courses/programmes and beyond. The post plays a key role in the development of the School of Management Teaching and Learning Support Team.
About you
The post holder will be educated to A level standard (including A-C in 2 subjects), or equivalent experience such as report writing and interpreting data, previous experience in Programme administration including dealing with student/customer enquiries with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop collaborative relationships with students and staff at all levels.
