The Student Recruitment, Admissions and Widening Participation department is looking to recruit an Evaluation and Impact Manager (Access and Participation) on a two-year fixed term basis, (with potential to then be made permanent, subject to funding). This is a key post for the University’s evaluation of its Access and Participation Plan, which seeks to support underrepresented groups of students to access and succeed in Higher Education at the University.
The role will strengthen and enhance our existing evaluation capacity and is based within our Widening Participation team. The role will report directly to the Associate Director for UK Recruitment and Widening Participation but will also work directly with relevant colleagues from across the University. Prior experience of working in a widening access and participation focused team is desirable.
You will have a Degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience).
Available as a secondment, if agreed with current line manager.
This post is available from January 2024 until January 2026.
