Turning Passion into Purpose. The department of Marketing, Recruitment & Communications (MRC) at London South Bank University are excited to be recruiting for the post of CRM Campaigns Officer. This department is responsible for the University's student recruitment, its reputation, and external relationships. It works to help define and raise brand awareness of LSBU among target audiences while aiming to attract the best prospective students to the University. The team coordinates: media relations; internal communications; brand and visual identity; digital media; market research and insight; corporate and course marketing; events; and student recruitment.
This successful candidate will be immersed in the dynamic landscape of CRM and higher education student recruitment. You will have direct ownership to craft and implement strategic omni-channel communication plans aligned with the student journey, while leveraging best in class CRM technologies as Salesforce and Marketing Cloud such to drive personalisation and targeted communications.
