The School of Life Sciences is looking for a Project Assistant to support the Head of School with daily coordination and execution of specific projects.

Tasks will include

  • establishing record-keeping and administrative support systems,
  • analysis of data and producing accurate and timely documents and reports,
  • organising project related events such as steering committee meetings and stakeholder meetings,
  • assisting in communication campaigns,
  • reviewing and updating web pages,
  • Responding to inter-departmental and external third-party enquiries, and
  • Processing financial transactions and expense claims

We’re seeking someone who can contribute to a vibrant educational and research

environment within the school. Previous experience in higher education is advantageous.
