You will be the Application Support and Data Analyst for the Level 3 Support Team, within the Corporate Systems Product team. This team is responsible for the system administration and technical support of a broad range of applications and systems across the Corporate Systems Product areas portfolio. You will play a critical part in identifying problems, issues, and appropriate solutions to drive forward improvements.

The Product team prides itself on providing excellent customer service and this role will be an integral part of this. An excellent team player, you will be keen to share ideas and able to work collaboratively through building strong relationships with colleagues, both within the team and across the institution.

We are seeking candidates with excellent practical knowledge of the Tribal SITS product, including data imports and global updates, as well as having an understanding of SQL - and the willingness to learn and develop their knowledge. As this role involves troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis to resolve incidents, you will also need experience/knowledge of data analysis, using a number of tools, for example Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, SRL (a Tribal SITS reporting tool).
