Are you passionate about providing exceptional support to students and contributing to their academic journey? The University of Exeter is seeking a dedicated Education Support Administrator to join our dynamic Education Support team.

This new full-time post is immediately available until 18 April 2025 on a fixed term basis to cover for a maternity leave.

About the Role

As a key member of the Education Support team on the Streatham campus, you'll be part of Building One Hub Teams, contributing to the vibrant learning environment at the University of Exeter. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow as an administration and customer services professional.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice, guidance, and administrative support to students and staff.
  • Support the delivery of taught programmes across a diverse range of activities from enrolment to graduation, including student record maintenance, supporting assessment delivery and administration and awarding and progression.
  • Collaborate within a cross-Faculty team to support undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Adaptability in a culture of change and growth.

This role forms a vital part of our support services, including delivering a face-to-face service for students and staff, as such, the role holder will be expected to work from campus for a minimum of two days per week, as well as for up to four days per week whilst training is completed.

Please also note that as busy roles with peaks in workload at specific points in the academic cycle, there may be periods in June, September, and October when leave may be restricted.
