Summary of the role
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Admissions Administrator to join our thriving Postgraduate (PGT) Admissions Team. We are looking for someone who will put our applicants and offer-holders at the heart of their daily work, who prioritises the delivery of excellent customer service, and understands the value of their contribution to our team.
You will be part of a really friendly and supportive team environment. We care a great deal about the importance of working within a team where work/life balance is taken very seriously and strongly encouraged. We host regular Team catch-ups which give us the opportunity to not only share updates on PGT Admissions operation, but also enjoy informal quizzes, playlist music challenges, and other social interactions.
The PGT application cycle has exciting and lively periods with peaks throughout the year so we would be looking for someone who is organised, can work under pressure and can work to tight deadlines. You will communicate with applicants and stakeholders via various methods (phone, email, face to face and online chat), so we are ideally looking for someone who has experience in a customer service role. The PGT Admissions team has a strong team morale with a great support system, you will work as part of a mini team with a supervisor, so team working will be a big part of this role.
Full training on our Admissions processes, UK/International qualifications and the use of large database systems will be given, but if this is something you are already familiar with, it would be advantageous.
