About the role
In this newly created role, the Entrepreneurship Ventures Manager will be responsible for the creation, development and growth of UCL graduate startups. The primary focus of the role is to manage UCL’s Hatchery Incubator programme of over 100 startups. The role holder will manage a team that delivers the ongoing package of support for the startups and will help build a thriving and vibrant entrepreneurial community at BaseKX. You will work collaboratively with the Entrepreneurship leadership team to build pipelines between our early-stage programmes and the Hatchery Incubator and be a key-player in promoting the ethos of entrepreneurship at UCL. The role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 60% (3-days per week) on site. About you
We are looking for someone who will bring both leadership and fresh insight into our Hatchery Incubation programme. You will be able to implement robust evaluation processes to regularly review and refine the programme. You will be confident in building relationships with alumni startups to implement the notion of giving back to the community both in terms of support, mentoring and philanthropic donations. You will have a flexible, collaborative approach to work, along with keen attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
