As our Information Specialist you’ll use your enthusiasm, your positivity and your customer service skills to deliver an exceptional service to our members.

In this varied role every day will be filled with possibilities. You will get involved in anything from literature searching to information literacy teaching. We'll look to you to help develop learning resources for our members. It's a great way to build on your skills and experience and develop your potential.

As well as exceptional customer service, to join us you’ll need an in-depth knowledge of information literacy and search support.
