The London School of Economics is strengthening and expanding its in house catering department and is looking for an innovative events coordinator to join our team
Working alongside the Executive Sous Chef, the events coordinator has specific responsibility for events and private dining at its main campus in central London. A predominantly hands on role, this role will be responsible for managing events and catering to senior guests and alumni including world leaders, heads of business and industry and high net worth individuals.
With events ranging from 4 to 2000 people and from private dining to street food, this role is ideal for someone to showcase their talent and ability. Predominantly a Monday to Friday role, with occasional weekend work the successful candidate will have confidence around engaging with senior leaders, creating innovate and seasonal events and providing guidance to colleagues around service and presentation.
We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave, and excellent training and development opportunities.
