The International Office within the Outreach, Recruitment and Admissions team is seeking to appoint a full time International Admissions Officer, to support its ambitious international recruitment objectives. This role will be responsible for assessing applications made to the International Office for admission to the university, against international entry criteria. Full training will be provided.
Within the role, you will liaise with applicants as first point of contact via enquiry channels, providing information and on-going support in relation to an application, and will be responsible for providing an effective customer service to applicants and prospects, both to those applying directly to the university, and through our agent partner network.
You will provide a full range of administrative support to the wider International Office team and work closely with colleagues across the University’s faculties and directorates to support the achievement of the University’s international recruitment targets. You will be committed to providing good customer service and will have experience of working flexibly in a busy team environment with pressure to meet internal and external deadlines.
