Permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and executing impactful email campaigns across multiple portfolios. Working closely with the Email Marketing Insights Manager and wider marketing team, you’ll help deliver targeted, performance-led communications that drive engagement, lead generation and brand growth.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with a passion for email marketing, a knack for data analysis and a creative eye for engaging content.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the development and delivery of email marketing campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Assist in the creation of accurate audience segments for targeted campaigns using Salesforce data tools.
- Support A/B testing initiatives to optimise subject lines, content and layouts.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to keep our email marketing strategy fresh and competitive.
You will have proven hands-on experience in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, with strong proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM systems. You should possess a solid understanding of audience segmentation, data management and performance tracking, alongside excellent communication skills for crafting engaging email content. A keen eye for detail, strong organisational abilities to manage multiple campaigns and a good knowledge of GDPR and email marketing compliance are also essential.
