Shape the implementation of our new Student Record System (SRS)
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated administrator to join our Student Records team to support us in the next stage of our journey in implementing our new Student Records System (SRS).
About the role
The Student Records team plays a central role in managing the University’s Student Records System (SRS) and in shaping and delivering efficient student records processes that support institutional objectives, enhance the student experience, and align with regulatory requirements.
Reporting to our System Manager, you will support a diverse range of day-to-day tasks within the annual academic cycle. Working proactively within the Student Records team, you will provide administrative support across the team, often acting as the first point of contact for queries and requests from users and other stakeholders by providing support for the day-to-day management of relevant generic email accounts and Sunrise.

For this role, you will need to be on site 3 days a week. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
