Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience and supporting students on their journey to higher education? Aston University’s award-winning International Marketing team is looking for a proactive and results-driven Conversion Coordinator to play a key role in transforming applicants into future Aston students.
In this exciting and varied role, you will support the delivery of our applicant conversion strategy. You’ll work closely with colleagues across different departments to run targeted conversion campaigns, manage offer holder community groups, and provide timely, friendly, and informative responses to prospective students.
As Conversion Coordinator, you will take ownership of a wide range of communication and engagement activities. These include conducting conversion calling campaigns, managing posts and interactions in our offer-holder groups, responding to enquiry inbox emails, and supporting webinars. You will also support campus tours to applicants. You will gather insights from offer holders, identify trends and barriers to conversion, and share these with the wider team to help enhance the applicant experience.
We’re looking for someone with experience in higher education—ideally within student recruitment, admissions, conversion, or marketing—who thrives in a busy environment and is motivated to take initiative to manage their own workload. You’ll bring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate confidently with diverse audiences. High levels of IT proficiency and the ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends, are essential.
At Aston University, we are committed to equality, diversity, inclusion, and environmental sustainability. If you’re enthusiastic, well organised, and eager to make a meaningful impact on the student journey, we’d love to hear from you.
