About the role:

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for the Subject Marketing Team supporting the Faculty of Health and Education.

Typically, you will:  

  • Be responsible for developing and delivering impactful strategic and tactical activity to support the Future Students marketing strategy
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of subjects, leading a rolling programme of digital, content and event-based activity to support the student recruitment journey
  • Build positive and proactive relationships with Faculty colleagues, aligning marketing activity to support Faculty priorities and providing innovative, solution-focused marketing support
  • Collaborate with colleagues across External Relations and Faculties to ensure cohesive marketing support for recruitment events
  • Provide clear leadership and direction to a team of subject matter experts
  • Balance multiple projects at pace, adapting to change while maintaining focus on strategic outcomes

About you:

  • A forward-thinking, positive marketing professional with experience across the full marketing mix, ideally gained within higher education or a similarly complex, stakeholder-rich environment
  • Strong project management skills, with a data-led approach and the ability to turn insight into action
  • An excellent stakeholder manager, comfortable working with academic and professional services colleagues as well as external partners
  • A creative, solutions-focused thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong leader, with experience motivating and developing others to achieve shared goals

About the Future Students team:  

The Future Students team holds responsibility for all future students marketing activity and plans including Foundation, UG, PGT, PGR, UG-PG, International. Working with Faculties to align marketing strategy, implementing creative and impactful plans to support their priorities.
