The HR Reporting and Information Analysts will join our HR Systems and Analysis team to deliver management information and analysis from the University's HR information systems to senior managers, departments, and other stakeholders across the University.

You will support the delivery of the University's exciting HR Transformation Programme as well as other HR systems projects within the Business Systems Ecosystem. The programme will replace our current HR and Payroll system which will enhance our HR data and reporting capabilities.

The Role:

As the HR Reporting and Information Analyst at Cambridge you will be:

  • Developing new reports using tools such as Cognos, PowerBI, Microsoft Fabric and Excel, by receiving requirements and querying operational and business performance data, building queries and formatting output so it is suitable for a non-specialist audience.
  • Supporting data quality enhancement by analysing existing data and either correcting erroneous data or flagging it for correction.
  • Specifying new data extracts from live systems and working with University Information Services (UIS) staff to deliver the new extracts.
