The Placement and Employment Service engage with employers, students, academic schools, central service departments and the local community to expand the choice and quality of employment opportunities on offer across disciplines with the aim of enhancing our students’ exposure to the world of work.?
We are looking for an individual who will develop and account manage our portfolio of employer partnerships and manage a team of professionals dedicated to supporting employers and enhancing the quality of student and graduate opportunities.
You will also work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to develop the department and wider university offering. You will also be responsible for generating income through our employer engagement activities and proactively identify new revenue streams.
You will need to enjoy working in a fast paced environment and achieving targets. This is a hands-on role that requires an enthusiastic and innovative individual. You must be able to think on your feet, work independently but also as part of a team with ability to enthuse and inspire students.
