We are seeking a Student Project Coordinator to act as the portal-information point for staff, students and external partners to book access into the Physical Making areas of UWE’s Technical Department. This role will work with digital systems to book in one to one consultations, group bookings, and bureau bookings. You will operate across a number of resource areas(PME) and will provide in depth advice, scheduling and pastoral support to all students & clients. The role will also support the overall resource allocation process and logistics for these areas. This will accept bookings by a central phone line, email, web and in person. The role will also support and be responsible for collating physical materials for the Faculty’s new Materials Library.
This is a part-time, permanent role at 30 hours a week (6 hours per day, 5 days a week) and term-time only over 40 weeks.
This post is based at our City Campus in Bristol city centre which comprises of Bower Ashton Studios, Arnolfini, Spike Island and Watershed and is home to UWE Bristol's creative and cultural subjects. Through a combination of University sites and partnerships with creative and cultural organisations in the city, we have developed a network of cultural and creative spaces.
