Univ is seeking to recruit an exceptional, dedicated and experienced individual, with a proven track record of fundraising success, to the post of Senior Development Executive.

It is a very exciting time for a seasoned fundraiser to become part of our proactive Development team. Univ is an ancient institution with one eye on the past and another on the future. Its pioneering Opportunities Programme has greatly increased student applications from less traditional backgrounds and garnered national attention. The College’s ambitious project for North Oxford will be a rare and special project for any development professional to be involved with. You will be working at a leading Oxford college, with a large endowment and one of the most widely supported UK higher education institutions.

You will play a vital part with the Development Director and your colleagues in the Development Office in implementing Univ’s campaign strategy, supporting campaign committee members and building relationships with alumni around the world.

The ideal candidate will have fundraising experience, ability to manage philanthropic relationships with high net worth individuals, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and a high level of motivation. You will be willing to travel, demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team and project a professional approach at all times. You will have an aptitude for information management as well as possess strong organisational and presentational skills.
