Salary Details:  £18,666 – £21,189 BAR £21,446—£22.995 per annum (pro rata)

Hours of Work:  30 hours per week (Days and hours to be agreed with Manager upon appointment)

Contract Type:   Salaried. Fixed term— 1 Year Initially

Qualifications:  
Hold a relevant minimum level 2 qualification.  It is however highly desirable to hold a relevant level 3/4 qualification.  If not held, it is essential to undertake and achieve this within an agreed timescale.

Experience: 
You will be an experienced administrator who is highly proficient with the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, with recent experience of using Excel at an advanced level.  You will have experience of minute taking, have excellent grammar, spelling and attention to detail. 

All College employees are required to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.

Please note: Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check prior to commencing work (this is to be paid for by the individual at a cost of £40).
