The Undergraduate Student Recruitment Team (International) at the University of Bath is looking to appoint a Student Recruitment Manager to lead on the strategic delivery of recruitment activity for Bath’s International Foundation Year (IFY), and undergraduate engagement activities targeting mainly the Middle East and India.
You will play a vital role in building positive relationships with key external stakeholders, aimed at driving student enrolments. Activity will take place through both digital and face-to-face engagement, and a sound knowledge of pathway programmes and prospective foundation markets will be essential. Some overseas travel will also be expected when it is safe to do so.
You will recognise the importance of developing strong relationships with agents, counsellors, and other key stakeholders, and ensure they act as effective advocates for the institution. Particular value will be given to those with significant experience of working in international student recruitment, having developed effective in-person and digital recruitment tactics.
We offer you the opportunity to be part of an ambitious and encouraging team of international recruitment specialists. This is a new post due to expansion of the team and will suit an individual with a passion for the internationalization of HE.
The successful candidate will be expected to complete a full, satisfactory DBS check.
