LSHTM’s Project management Office (PMO) is responsible for delivering all of the organisations strategic projects across a wide portfolio and the successful candidate will be joining a close-knit team with diverse skill-sets. You will be working alongside Business Analysts, Business Relationship Managers, IT PM’s, Capital & Estates staff & Process & Project Governance professionals.
We are seeking to appoint an IT Project Manager to join the Project Management Office (PMO), reporting directly to the Senior IT Project Manager.
The successful candidate will have experience in working in a Prince2-based project environment, and knowledge of ITIL will also be viewed as favourable.
Applicants should possess a good understanding of the design, development, implementation and management of corporate IT systems & services within a Higher Education environment, as well as the various challenges and opportunities that they present.

The post is full time & permanent. The salary will be on the Professional salary scale Grade 7 in the range £48,827 - £55,895, per annum (inclusive of London Weighting). The post will be subject to the LSHTM terms & conditions of service. Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year, pro rata for part time staff. In addition to this there are discretionary “Wellbeing Days”. Membership of the Pension Scheme is available. The post is based in London at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.
