About the Role
We are seeking an Events & Digital Assistant to join our External Relations team. This is an outstanding opportunity if you are building a career in event management, communications or other elements of external relations and want to be in a fast-paced and high-profile environment, working with some of the world’s smartest thinkers and helping host global leaders.
You will work as part of the External Relations team across many of its functions, including events, web and other digital communications, print publications, and internal communications.
You will also undertake day-to-day administrative tasks, so willingness and diligence in the face of routine duties is critical.
The contract is fixed-term for two years.
About You
You will possess experience of fast-moving and demanding environments and be comfortable adjusting plans and approaches to accommodate new opportunities and respond to events.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and all-round communication and writing skills along with strong accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.
Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, the basic principles of web accessibility best practice and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, especially MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel is essential.
