As Application Analyst you will be focused on Modern Endpoint Management of end user systems, MacOS, Windows 10/11, iOS and Android. To be successful you will have strong technical and problem-solving skills in a wide range of technologies. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Administration of Microsoft Endpoint Manager. 
  • Designing and maintaining new Windows 10/11 builds and task sequences 
  • Application packaging and deployment. 
  • Configuration of MAM, MDM and Azure Conditional Access policies. 
  • Administration of Active Directory including creating Group Policies. 
  • Security hardening of endpoints and ensuring Cyber Essentials compliance 
  • Patch Management of Operating Systems and 3rd?party software. 
  • Managing support tickets that been escalated to System Application Team to ensure service issues are resolved in a timely fashion. 
  • Providing 3rd?line support on all commonly used software and hardware. 
  • Monitoring and proactive remediation of system issues. 
  • Continuous service improvement and keeping abreast of new technologies.  

Requirements

Essential 

  • Advance experience with Configuration Manager and Intune. 
  • Experience in Active Directory and Azure AD. 
  • Expert knowledge of Windows 10, iOS, Android, MacOS. 
  • Experience within a complex desktop and server support environment. 
  • PowerShell scripting skills. 
  • Experience of change management process (ITIL). 
  • Creating documentation of a high standard. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good standard of written and verbal communication.  

Desirable 

  • Windows Autopilot. 
  • JAMF Pro and JAMF Connect. 
  • Office 365. 
  • Samsung Knox automated enrolments.  
  • Android Zero touch automated enrolments 
  • Apple School Manager / Apple Business Manager. 
  • Relevant professional qualifications.
