About the role:
The Faculty of Business and Law is one of 4 Faculties at ARU, we have two academic Schools (the School of Management and the School of Economics, Finance and Law) and we aim to be collaborative, inclusive and connected. We seek to be a destination of choice for students and staff determined to help build a better, smarter, and more equal society The role sits with the professional services team of the Faculty and reports directly to the Head of Faculty Operations. The role holder will be directly contributing to our strategic objectives and will be an integral part of our success.
The role holder will have a degree (or equivalent) or be part qualified in a relevant professional qualification with demonstrable experience of project management and delivery of projects with multiple streams. The role holder will have excellent negotiation, influencing and communication skills, particularly the ability to persuade and inspire colleagues to work collaboratively. The role holder will be resilient, committed to the principles of continuous improvement and demonstrate a solutions focused approach.
