We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive professional person to the Faculty’s UK Undergraduate (UG) Recruitment team to help meet ambitious recruitment forecasts and to contribute to and implement the Faculty’s wider student recruitment strategy.
The UK UG team works within the wider Faculty Marketing, Recruitment and International team, and alongside wider directorate colleagues, to drive forward campaigns to underpin the Faculty’s strategic objectives of improving student recruitment, diversifying revenues and showcasing research and commercial achievements.
The individual will be responsible for delivering student recruitment activities focussed on the UK Home market. They will work in close collaboration with colleagues across the wider Faculty and University Recruitment, Admissions, Marketing and International teams to ensure outcomes are aligned to the University’s strategic aim of becoming a Top 20 University.
The role holder must be able to deliver the Faculty and University’s strategy for recruitment, by attending recruitment events, deploying innovative tactics to drive up recruitment, gather market intelligence about market issues which may affect recruitment, and sharing reports with appropriate teams.
There are two positions available - One post will require Level 3 Welsh, the other post will require Level 1 Welsh.
