An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the School of Journalism, Media and Culture as a Student Support Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, covering a period of maternity leave from April 2023 until February 2024.
The Student Support Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact in the JOMEC Student Support office, and you will be dealing with multiple enquiries by telephone, face-to-face contact, and email.
In addition to ensuring a welcoming reception, the post-holder will offer an administrative support service to the School’s students, staff, visitors and stakeholders, thereby assisting the School in meeting its operational and customer service requirements.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week) and fixed-term to cover a period of maternity leave, from the 3rd April 2023 until 29th February 2024.
Salary: £21,197 - £23,144 per annum (Grade 3)
