The School of Mathematical, Physical and Computational Sciences is looking for an experienced administrator to join their existing talented Executive Administration Team based within the Department of Meteorology at Earley Gate campus, Reading.
The successful individual will have a positive attitude, be flexible and have a can-do approach and demonstrate the ability to work independently, proactively seek support and be solutions driven. In addition, be able to demonstrate genuine passion and drive with a willingness to learn and develop.
You will provide high quality, professional administrative executive support to senior academics, their groups and PhD students within the Department. There will be some flexibility to work remotely based on the University’s Smart Working Framework.
You will be fully supported in your role by a highly skilled team that are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and very experienced.
The role is full time, working 5 days per week 9am-5pm, however, we welcome applications for job-share, part-time and flexible working arrangements and will be considered in line with business needs.
