This is a fixed term appointment for two years
The LSE School of Public Policy equips students with the skills and ideas to transform people and societies. We are an international community where ideas and practice meet, creating professionals with the ability to analyse, understand and resolve the challenges of contemporary governance.
We are now seeking to appoint a highly committed and motivated Marketing & Student Experience Administrator to provide high quality and comprehensive administrative support to the student recruitment and marketing activities for our full-time degree programmes as well as to lead on the delivery of SPP-wide student events. The SPP operates six full-time degrees: the Master of Public Administration, the MPA in Data Science for Public Policy, the Master of Public Policy and three international double degrees with the University of Toronto, Columbia University, and Sciences Po.

The role will involve you working closely with academic and professional services staff both within the SPP and across LSE, in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
You should possess relevant administration, event and customer service (student-facing) experience within higher education and experience of managing digital communications such as newsletters, social media platforms and promotional content. You will also have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to work under your own initiative as well as within a team, and excellent IT skills. A commitment to excellence in service delivery to students and colleagues is essential.
