About the Role
The post holder will provide effective, efficient support, with guidance, and will cover for School Executive Assistant in their absence. You will assist with delivering a comprehensive administrative service for operations activities within the School (including recruitment, procurement, website and intranet updates, hospitality, travel and accommodation bookings) and will act as PA to the Heads of Department.
About the Apprenticeship
You will be enrolled with a training provider and spend 6 hours a week of your employed time completing learning and development activities towards the achievement of the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship.
About You
We are looking for people who are passionate about their own development, have a keen interest in administration, and are educated to GCSE or equivalent with a minimum of 9 – 4 / A* - C in English and Mathematics. If you already hold a qualification in the same subject at the same level or higher, you will not be eligible. Any other qualifications will be considered, and some additional eligibility criteria may apply.

The post is based at the Mile End Campus in London. It is a full time (35 hours per week), fixed term appointment for 2 years. The starting salary will be Grade 2, in the range of £26,494 to £30,685 per annum (pro-rata), inclusive of London Allowance.
