We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, fully accredited and highly experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our team as a Lecturer. In this role, you will contribute across the developing NHS Talking Therapies professional training portfolio of high intensity CBT training that has been commissioned by NHSE, and also contribute to discrete projects of UEA training commissioned by others. You will provide regular delivery of teaching, supervision, student assessment and examination, providing support for students personal and professional development, academic planning and preparation and other duties as necessary for the provision of high quality professional psychological therapies education.
You must have a recognised qualification in CBT, full BABCP accreditation and experience of training/supervising others in a service capacity or HEI.
This full-time, indefinite post is available immediately on an indefinite basis and will be subject to an Enhanced criminal record check from the Disclosure and Barring Service. UEA staff are required to be based in the UK for work and the successful candidate will be expected to be available to work on campus as required.
