Data and Student Systems Team
We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team.
The Data and Student Systems Team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and development of KOL’s bespoke Student Management System (SMS). As Systems Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all SMS related enquiries, from course and module setup to complex student record queries. You will work with colleagues, both internally and from our partner universities to ensure we hold accurate information, and take ownership of the internal audit processes, working with colleagues to ensure data quality is kept to a high standard, and identifying areas for improvement where necessary.

What you’ll bring to the role
You will be a highly organised individual with excellent IT, written and oral communication skills. You will have demonstratable team working skills combined with the ability to work on your own initiative. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively work and communicate with high level professionals, administrators and students.

Considerable experience of working in an administrative role
High level of attention to detail
Advanced Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) software skills
Ability to work on own initiative to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent team skills
Strong documentation skills
