About the role

Working in the Recruitment team, you will support recruiting managers in finding the talents they need. You will administer recruitment campaigns including preparing advertisements, arranging shortlisting and interviews, processing pre-employment checks, and running a new starter induction.

You will be the first point of contact for managers and job applicants contacting the HR team, and you will be dealing with enquiries by email and over the phone as well as passing enquiries onto the appropriate team member.

This is a full-time post working 36.5 hours per week. The post is available on a fixed-term basis from February 2024 to February 2025 to cover maternity leave. The team is currently working hybrid.

About You

You will be able to work in a busy, sometimes pressurised environment, where planning and organisation skills are essential to meet multiple deadlines.

A high level of numeracy and accuracy is key to preparing offer letters and contracts.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with key stakeholders at all levels.
