The role works within the University’s Residential Services team who manage and deliver all aspects of student accommodation for the University.
You will deliver and develop the University’s accommodation booking system, process the collection of rents and arrears as well as general back-office administration; you will foster a positive customer experience for our students and enhance the overall ‘frontline’ accommodation services, responding to enquiries via email, phone and in-person. In the absence of the section manager, you will provide supervisory cover, which includes supporting the duties of a small team of Housing Assistants.
Good all-round IT and system administration skills are required and experience of working with and developing an accommodation booking system, or similar, would be an advantage.
