In the role of Adult and Apprentice SEND Officer you will predominantly be based at Waterfront Campus and your focus will be on managing the process for staff to appropriately record the SEND support they provide for ALS/AEB funding claims, ensuring we are audit compliant.
Your key responsibilities will be monitoring what staff are claiming as SEND Support linked to the individual inclusion plans. Keeping accurate data and supporting staff who are recording incorrect information. To ensure data is audit compliant.
Ideally, you’ll have a Level 3 qualification and GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 or above. (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable experience in working with Adult and Apprentice funding/claims using MIS systems. It is important that you are able to communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment also demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
