About the Department:

The Estates and Strategic Programmes Directorate equips staff and students with exceptional facilities and services to enable SOAS to operate more efficiently within an improved working environment.

This includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Pursuing a comprehensive programme of renewal and refurbishment
  • Ensuring all building and facilities meet statutory requirement for accessibility, health and safety, fire safety and other extant regulations
  • Adapting the estate to enable SOAS to meet its environmental targets including its commitment to reach carbon net zero by 2032.
  • Improving campus experience through a programme of campus improvement works informed by consultation with the student community

About the Role

If so, we are searching for a proactive and effective professional to join our team as a Programme Support Officer. As a key player in our organisation, you will be responsible for steering the planning, execution, and oversight of our Estates and Education programmes, ensuring that they deliver against our strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate programme and project management expertise, excellent organisational prowess, and a collaborative spirit to foster success across diverse teams.

This role sits in the Programmes Team in the Estates and Strategic Programmes Directorate.
