About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Fixed-Term People Information and Insight Analyst to join the HR Systems and Information team at Imperial College. You will assist College departments by delivering a schedule of reporting and responding to a variety of data requests. You will play a key part in producing data to support reporting requirements for the Great Service transformation programme as well as providing insight on staff provision, equality monitoring, reward projects, and policy design.
What you would be doing
You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining scheduled reporting alongside the coordination of ad-hoc requests for HR data. You will liaise with key customers to guide them through their information requirements and arrange report access to help them with their HR decisions. You will look for trends in common requests and support the team on their journey to build on the current set of operational and strategic dashboards.
You will prepare information for statutory returns and surveys on topics such as pay, workforce planning and other performance indicators. This role involves extracting data from our HR database and manipulating it using formulas in Excel or other analytical tools to provide summary insight to our customers. You will also collaborate closely with HR teams, ICT and other departments across the college to support some of these projects.
