The Role
Working in the Registry function at Ravensbourne, the primary purpose of the role is to contribute and co-ordinate key Registry activities such as enrolment and registration and re-enrolment of all students studying at Ravensbourne. Some insight or understanding of immigration documentation, student fees and student records systems would be helpful, but not essential, training would be provided.
You will have keen eye for detail and managing data, ensuring it is complete and accurate for internal and external planning purposes and for statutory returns.
It would be helpful to have an understanding of the Registry environment or equivalent in data driven organisations and be comfortable engaging with customers/students and staff on a day to day basis.
You will work with multiple key stakeholders at the University to ensure the student enrolment and student records are complete and accurate.

The Candidate
The ideal person will be educated to GCSE’s, preferably have Higher Education experience, experience and involvement in data and or records system, be able to analyse and problem solve, be proactive and motivated to achieve high standards and be a team player. There are opportunities to learn, develop and progress in this role.
The post holder will have excellent interpersonal and team working skills and be able to engage at all levels in an organisation.
