Location: Research Services, Robert Hooke Building, Parks Road, Oxford
Research Services are seeking an organised and enthusiastic person to support the Director for Innovation and Engagement, Research Services as well as provide day to day administrative support to the wider I&E leadership team.
You will be responsible for the Director’s diary and provide thorough administrative support, including email management, fielding queries, meeting logistics and other related matters. In this busy and varied role, you will also play a vital part in the wider administration of the I&E team working collaboratively with the Finance and Administrative Associate to provide comprehensive administrative support, across a wide range of activities to the whole team.
You will have a role in planning events, communications and general project management and administrative support that will enable the different partners work effectively together.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills, in person and in writing, and the ability to engage and communicate effectively widely. They will have experience of diary management, including making complex travel arrangements, and will be able to manage and prioritise a busy and varied workload. Excellent IT skills and a high level of accuracy and numeracy are also required.
