This post is full time, 35 hours per week and is fixed term until Jan 2024 (2 years)

The University of Westminster has secured funding from the Quintin Hogg Trust Fund (QHT) to enhance the Talent Bank scheme through developing a new recruitment process, develop new training support, and additional opportunities that lead to valuable work experience for students.

The Talent Bank Coordinator will be responsible for managing day to day enquiries from both students and hiring managers, including the development of new recruitment pathway, organising support and social events, planning communications through multiple channels, and monitoring student engagement.

You will work with colleagues across the University to help them advise them on creating internal job opportunities for students, seek new ways to improve the current scheme working with colleagues and external providers, gain feedback through students, colleagues, contractors and employers for continuous improvement.

You will have the ability to organise multiple tasks and manage competing demands. You should have a good appreciation of the challenges some students face with engagement and you should have proven communication and customer service skills.
