Job description
The Relationship Management Team and at King’s College London is seeking a ‘CRM Onboarding and Data Manager’ to provide support for onboarding and best practice use of King’s CRM tool (Dynamics 365) for the King’s Business School (KBS). The Relationship Management Team form a highly skilled, internal hub service for the whole of the university, offering a range of services including Product Development, Governance and Service Development. This role sits within the Service Development area and will lead on supporting best practice user adoption for the School.
The post holder will work closely with colleagues within KBS to establishing and embed good data processes for the School, in alignment with the central hub governance and best practice approaches. This will include:
Supporting a core group of users to become ‘fluent’ in the use of existing contact, account, opportunity and pipeline management functionality available in the tool.
Creating a programme to onboard the next group of KBS Dynamics users increasing the school’s adoption of the tool.
Being the School’s ‘’good data’’ champion.
Supporting the School to establish new business processes and adopt other functionality available within the tool such as events management, outbound marketing and not for profit elements.
Working with other elements of the Relationship Management team to monitor data quality, ensure processes and schedules for bulk uploads of data are established in the correct framework and consider potential service improvement opportunities.
This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for 18 months
