Oxford Brookes University is looking to recruit an experienced, reliable and highly motivated Apprenticeships Coordinator, as a member of the Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement directorate, you will work as part of a enthusiastic team who apply their professional skills and expertise to support the delivery of the University’s Apprenticeship strategy by working with external and internal stakeholders to promote, recruit and sign up apprentices.

Overall Purpose of the post of Apprenticeships Coordinator:
You will be instrumental in developing relationships with employers, potential apprentices and programme teams within the University, helping to make the process from initial enquiry through to enrolment as smooth as possible whilst ensuring that compliance procedures are followed.
The Apprenticeship Coordinator is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and significant growth of Degree Apprenticeships at Oxford Brookes University.
Qualifications and Experience for the post Apprenticeships Coordinator
You will need to communicate effectively with different audiences at all levels, be able to work independently but also as a member of a team, and have the ability to deal with changing priorities and deadlines.
Organised and methodical, with a commitment to accuracy and detail, you will need to work effectively under pressure, work on your own initiative, have experience of using IT systems, and be fully appreciative of the need for discretion and confidentiality.
