About the Role:
IT Services delivers all aspects of information-technology service and support across our university, providing a first-class experience to our students, staff, and other stakeholders as they pursue their studies and work on campus and beyond.
This is your opportunity to take a leading role in our Senior Technical Analyst (Microsoft365 and Aligned Cloud Services), providing support for our O365 cloud-based services in use across ARU. You will manage an escalated support team responsible for infrastructure operations and maintenance as well as resolving complex incidents and service requests through appropriate fulfilment lifecycles.
With a degree or relevant professional qualification at degree level and evidence of continuing professional development, you will have previous experience of operating a medium-scaled enterprise datacentre and a background in Storage Area Network management. Practical knowledge of. Microsoft365 tenancy and its suite of services, aligned tools and technologies, including the applications, databases, storage, and data that comprise our public and private cloud environments is essential for this role.
