An excellent opportunity has arisen for a fixed term service and solution-focused Programme Administrator within one of the Five Schools/Faculty at Roehampton University. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to make a significant impact. This role would be suitable for candidates that have a background in University/Service Sector administration.
The key activities of the role are:
As part of the Academic Services team, the Programme Administrator’s primary focus is to support the School Partnership Office within the School of Education.
You will contribute to the provision of an efficient, effective, accurate and responsive administrative support service to Initial Teacher Education (ITE) programmes and the related, students, staff and external school partners.
Programme Administrators work as a professional team, liaising closely with academic and administrative contacts across the University to provide a consistent and responsive customer service to students, academic staff and external partners (including collaborative provision)

Proficiency in the use of MS Office and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively engaging with a range of stakeholders.
