About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to take a pivotal role in the coordination, management, and successful delivery of the newly established King’s Better Health & Care Futures (BHCF).
You will lead the overall coordination and management of BHCF’s core activities and programmes, acting as the primary point of contact for queries, liaising with a wide range of individuals and organisations. Supporting the Director and the Leadership and Delivery teams, you will ensure the seamless operation of BHCF, facilitate the winning and delivery of research projects and academic programmes, establish effective communication and networks, monitor, evaluate and contribute to reporting activity.
Engaging in strategic planning development and day-to-day decision making, you will implement robust organisational and administrative processes, support financial and administrative management of BHCF’s research projects and academic programmes to support its growth and success.
We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and enjoy working on more than one project at a time. The post-holder will be motivated, highly organised, flexible with their communication style, creative and able to respond to a fast-paced role. They will be proficient in financial budgeting and research management, have high attention to detail, and skilled in a range of mediums (e.g. web-based and print) and software programmes (e.g. MS Office, website content management programmes and virtual communication platforms). The role would suit someone who is eager to shape a role, comfortable with an evolving portfolio of work and committed to continuous improvement.
This is a full time (35 Hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract.
