The role
To provide administrative support for the educational activities of the Faculty under the direction of the Faculty Student Administration Manager, and specifically support engagement across the Faculty.
What will you be doing?
The post-holder provides administrative support for Faculty educational activities, as part of the Faculty Education Team, as directed by the Faculty Student Administration Manager, or Faculty Head of Student Administration, and with supervisory support from the Senior Education Administrator. They will play a pivotal role in student support through the development and maintenance of detailed engagement records and assist with quality assurance and enhancement activities and support for the Pre-Sessional programmes. The post-holder will ensure tasks are done thoroughly in line with relevant policies, procedures and regulations.

You will need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, IT, organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage a busy and diverse workload. You must enjoy working in and contributing to a team, contributing to shared goals and working flexibly across levels of study with a focus on customer service and delivery. You should have a key eye for detail, as well as the ability to handle and organise student information systematically and efficiently.
The role is currently part of a blended working team, and the role holder will be expected to be present in the office 3 days a week and work from home 2 days. This is not a set flexible routine and is subject to change.
