The Royal Veterinary College has an exciting permanent opportunity to join our small professional employee relations team.
Supporting our Employee Relations Manager, your key focus will be in providing general employee relations advice and administrative support to managers, which together with strong organisational skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple ER cases and activities.
You will have experience of providing employee relations advice and support to managers on a range of ER issues and will ideally be CIPD qualified. You will also have strong interpersonal, organisational and multi-tasking skills, a sound working knowledge of current employment law and you must be committed to your own continuous professional development.
